Have you ever created campaign messages in the campaign steps section, activated the campaign, and later on thought of changing some of those messages or removing them completely from the sequence? If yes, then you are in the right place!

To edit/remove the messages in the activated campaign, you need to click on the campaign, go to the Steps section of it and edit the messages you desired to be changed. Keep in mind, that if the message was already sent to any of the leads in the campaign, you won’t be able to delete that message completely from the sequence, only to edit the text of the message.

To delete a campaign message (if it was not sent to any of the leads yet) please click on the delete icon next to the message.

Once the messages are edited, please click on the Apply button to save the changes.
