In a campaign, you now have the ability to bulk pause or continue the leads. Within campaigns, you can set up sequences to send to your leads. You will continue to receive messages in the sequence until they reply. Once the lead replies to a message the lead is automatically paused and you can decide what to do next. There are a few options in this case including reply templates and manual responses.
How to pause or resume selected leads in a campaign?
- Go to the Campaigns section on LeadGiant, click on one of your campaigns, and make sure you are in the People’s tab
2. Simply select the leads you wish to pause or resume, press Filtered actions, and select Pause Selected Group if you wish to pause the leads or Continue Selected Group if you wish to resume the leads in the campaign
How to pause or resume filtered leads in the campaign?
If you wish to pause or resume all filtered leads in the campaign, without selecting them one by one. You should use Pause Filtered Group or Continue Filtered Group options.
In the campaign, use the filters to find the leads you wish to pause or resume in bulk, then without selecting any of them, click on Filtered actions and Pause Filtered Group or Continue Filtered Group options
