The Campaign builder allows you to fully customize each step within your campaign. To find out what each condition and action in the campaign means.

How to create a builder campaign?

  1. Go to LeadGiant, click on Campaigns, and on Add Campaign

2. Select an option Campaign Builder click on it, create a name for the campaign, and click Next

3. The next screen you see will ask if you want to create the campaign with a template or without a template. These are pre-saved campaigns (templates) made by you/your team, which can be selected and used. If you do not have any templates created, click on Create without template

4. You will now be directed to the Stepstab within the campaign. This section will be currently empty, but you can begin to drag and drop the actions and conditions you would like to use. (check out the video below on how to add the actions, and conditions to the campaign and connect them)

Remember to click the apply button to save your sequence in the campaign!

How to create a search and assign people to the campaign?

Keep in mind, that you will not be able to duplicate leads between multiple campaigns on LeadGiant, so one search should only be assigned to a particular campaign. If later on, you would like to use it in another campaign, you should delete the leads from the previous campaign first and then you will be able to add the same leads to a new one.

Once the leads are assigned to the campaign and the campaign is activated, it will start sending during the active times of the account in the next approximately 45 minutes.

How to set the limits, campaign priority, activate the campaign or delete it?

In order to set the limits in the campaign you need to go to the Campaigns section on LeadGiant, open the campaign by clicking on it, and go to the Settings tab. In the settings tab you are able to set how many actions will be performed from the campaign daily:

If you are running multiple builder campaigns at a time to make sure that they are running smoothly we highly recommend setting the priority for the campaign,

To activate a campaign scroll down in the settings page if you wish the campaign to start sending immediately (in the next 45 minutes), you need to press on the toggle next to the word Inactive, so it would become Active. If you wish to schedule the activation of the campaign for a certain date, you can do it if Start Immediately toggle is off, below a window for selecting a date and time will appear. Once it is done, the campaign will start sending the selected date

If you wish to outreach the same people in the company campaign (with two different LinkedIn accounts added under the same company on LeadGiant), the toggle Override and allow outreaching to LinkedIn profiles from the same company has to be enabled in the campaigns under both LinkedIn accounts you wish to outreach the same leads in.

To delete the campaign, please press on Delete Campaign button.
