There are multiple types of campaigns that can be used in LeadGiant, depending on how you would like to outreach your leads.
Connector Campaign
If you wish to outreach someone who is not in your network with a connection request, you should select a connector campaign.
You will upload a list of users into the campaign and the software will automatically view their profile and will send a connection request (along with a connection message if you add one).
If the user does not accept, the system will automatically revoke the connection request.
If the user does accept, they will begin to receive any follow-up messages that you have added to the system.
Messenger Campaign
If you wish to outreach someone who is already in your network (1st-degree connection) you can add them to a messenger campaign within LeadGiant. This will simply appear as a message in the lead LinkedIn inbox.
You can set up as many automated follow-up messages as you like.
Builder Campaign
If you would like to build your own customized campaign you should use our Campaign Builder. This way, you can customize the exact steps you wish to use in your outreach. There are many actions and conditions you should choose between, and you can simply drag and drop the steps you wish to use to create your own customized campaign.
Open InMail Campaign
If you wish to outreach someone and find that they have an Open Profile, this means you can send an Open InMail for free, without using a connection request.
You will need to load a search list into LeadGiant and then filter based on whether they have an Open Profile, or not. Once filtered, you can add them to the Open InMail Campaign and begin your outreach for free.
Group Campaign
If you are part of a group on LinkedIn, you can send any other member of that group a message request. This means your message will appear at the very top of their inbox and the lead can either accept your message or ignore your message.
This is a nice way to outreach new people without sending a connection request.
Event Invite Campaign
If you are the host of an event, or if you are simply attending an event, you can invite your first-degree connections to also attend it.
The invite will appear in the leads My Network tab within LinkedIn. You can use the My Network feature in LeadGiant, or upload a list of leads, filtering your relationship.
Event Participants Campaign
If you are the host of an event, or if you are simply attending an event, you can send a message request to any other attending member.
This means your message will appear at the very top of their inbox and the lead can either accept your message or ignore your message.
Gmail Connector Campaign
If you have the email address associated with a lead’s LinkedIn account and their LinkedIn profile URLs, or created Basic, Sales Navigator searches on LeadGiant and got that data by exporting those searches, you can send a connection request by uploading that list as a CSV file to your Gmail contacts and by syncing those contacts on LinkedIn and adding the same CSV file (or assigning the same Basic, Sales Navigator search) to your Gmail Connector Campaign on LeadGiant.
This campaign allows you to connect with 500+ people per week.
For this type of connection request, it is not possible to adjust the connection message, but as soon as they accept you can customize as many follow-up messages as you like.
The connection requests sent from this campaign will not count towards any limitations on your account.
Recovery Campaign
If you accidentally deleted a campaign and need to recover some data, you can use our Recovery Campaign. You will set a date/time range and the campaign will show everyone who was outreached, and the last message they received.
Inbound Campaign
This campaign is designed for you to outreach the users who have viewed your profile. LeadGiant will load the viewers directly into the campaign, and you can build your own flow, based on how you would like to do outreach.
